Yeah I know, I’m sticking to the easy recipes. But that’s what everyone wants LOL
Presenting to you, Mixed Berry Smoothie! Which takes approx 5 mins to make.
- 2 cup fresh strawberries and blueberries (mixed frozen berries would also suffice)
- 1 big banana
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 1 cup yogurt
- Ice (as required)
- 1 spoon sugar (avoid sugar if you’re health conscious)
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Ta-Da! Healthy and extremely delicious.
- It tastes great without sugar too.
- You can add other berries too if you wish. I prefer the strawberry + blueberry combo.
