Mixed Berry Smoothie

Yeah I know, I’m sticking to the easy recipes. But that’s what everyone wants LOL

Presenting to you, Mixed Berry Smoothie! Which takes approx 5 mins to make.


Preparation Time:

5 mins




  • 2 cup fresh strawberries and blueberries (mixed frozen berries would also suffice)
  • 1 big banana
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • Ice (as required)
  • 1 spoon sugar (avoid sugar if you’re health conscious)


Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Ta-Da! Healthy and extremely delicious.

  • It tastes great without sugar too.
  • You can add other berries too if you wish. I prefer the strawberry + blueberry combo.
